产品描述 Description

水白松香树脂由松香经氢化、歧化、稳定化处理等工艺精制而成的多元醇树脂，具有水白、气味低、耐老化等特性，与高分子材料相溶性好，是新一代高档的天然增粘树脂，能满足胶粘剂行业的特殊需要。

Water white rosin resin is a type of polyalcohol rosin that is made of gum rosin with a series of producing process, such ashydrogenation, disproportionation and other stabilizing treatments. It comes with water-white, low odor, anti-aging and other positive features, can be dissolved well in high polymer. It’s a new-type tackifier for adhesive manufacturing.

特性 Features

具有水白、气味低、耐老化、热稳定等特性；
与高分子材料相溶性好，如：NR、CR、SBR、SIS、EVA 等以任意比例混溶；
可溶于环己烷、石油醚、甲苯、二甲苯、醋酸乙酯、丙酮等多种溶剂；在粘合剂应用上可以提升初粘力和持粘力。

Extra light color, low odor, anti-aging, thermostabilityand other positive features.
Well solubility with polymer in any proportion, such as NR,CR, SBR, SIS, EVA etc.
Soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, acetic ether and acetone.
For adhesive manufacturing, it can improve initial adhesion and permanent adhesion

应用范围 Applications

药用贴剂，卫生制品等粘合剂；
显示屏保护膜；
压敏胶；
胶带胶、不干胶等；
EVA 热溶胶、聚酰胺热溶胶等。

Medical patches, adhesives for sanitary products, etc;
Display screen protective film;
Pressure sensitive adhesive;
Adhesive tape & adhesive sticker.
EVA & polyamide type hot-melt adhesive.

包装 Packaging

复合牛皮纸袋包装，净重 25 公斤 / 包，打托 20’货柜可装 16 吨（20 托 / 640 包），不打托可装 18 吨（720 包）。

Wrapped up with kraft bag, 25kgs/bag,for 20’FCL, it can load 16 tons with pallet (20 pallets / 640 bags), and 18 tons without pallet (720 bags).

储存和运输 Storage & Transportation

本品存放于阴凉、干爽及密封处，不可与自燃物、强氧化剂、强酸共储运，按易燃物品规定处理。

Sealed well and stored in cool and dry place, it can’t be stored and delivered together with pyrophorus, strong oxidants & acid.
