产品描述 Description
本产品是由松香二聚体与酚和醛缩聚，与多元醇酯化，根据真空电镀工艺要求设计特殊工艺处理制成的高级聚合树脂。
This product is an advanced polymer resin made by condensation of rosin dimer with phenol and aldehyde, esterification with polyols, and special process treatment according to the requirements of vacuum electroplating process.

本品具有较高软化点，热安定性佳等特性。
在生产过程已净化树脂内不稳定结构物，优良的耐热稳定性，抗氧化性好，储存稳定性好。
可溶于石油类，芳香类，酯类，酮类等溶剂。
This product has high softening point and excellent thermal stability.
During the production process, the unstable structures in the purified resin have excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and storage stability.
Soluble in solvents such as petroleum, aromatics, esters, ketones, etc.
应用范围 Applications
真空电镀涂料方面有极佳的相溶性、稀释性及热安定性，能大幅提高密著性，增加光泽度；
并且极易溶于白电油，去渍油类弱溶剂，提高涂料物性，减少溶剂使用量和操作气味。
在油墨中使用，油溶性佳，低粘度，颜料湿润性佳，非芳香类溶剂中有良好溶解性，配合高分子树脂用于UV胶印油墨中；
还可用于塑胶电镀涂料，防锈，防腐涂料，导电和皮革涂料等。
Vacuum electroplating coatings have excellent solubility, dilution, and thermal stability, which can significantly improve adhesion and increase glossiness;
And it is extremely soluble in white electric oil, a weak solvent for removing stains, improving the physical properties of the coating, reducing solvent usage and operating odor.
When used in ink, it has good oil solubility, low viscosity, good pigment wettability, good solubility in non aromatic solvents, and is used in UV offset printing ink with polymer resin;
It can also be used for plastic electroplating coatings, rust prevention, anti-corrosion coatings, conductive and leather coatings, etc.
包装 Packaging
复合牛皮纸袋包装，净重 25 公斤 / 包，打托 20’货柜可装 16 吨（20 托 / 640 包），不打托可装 18 吨（720 包）。
Wrapped up with kraft bag, 25kgs/bag,for 20’FCL, it can load 16 tons with pallet (20 pallets / 640 bags), and 18 tons without pallet (720 bags).
储存和运输 Storage & Transportation
本品存放于阴凉、干爽及密封处，不可与自燃物、强氧化剂、强酸共储运，按易燃物品规定处理。
Sealed well and stored in cool and dry place, it can’t be stored and delivered together with pyrophorus, strong oxidants & acid.
